28 July 2022

Midstream Lighting, a world leader in aviation, maritime and sports LED lighting technology today announces an agreement to acquire Hyperion Grow Lights as part of a strategy to dramatically enhance support for greenhouse growers within the European and international horticulture sectors.

The acquisition underlines Midstream’s commitment to leveraging the latest technology, design approaches and manufacturing techniques to enable growers to significantly reduce cultivation time, maximise crop yields and implement new energy efficient, sustainable operations.

The acquisition is expected to complete in July 2022.
